Welcome to FreeMove! Create an account with Momence on our website or the Momence app to book classes and manage your account.

Start with Reformer Essentials! It’s perfect for beginners and helps build strength, confidence, and technique.

Wear breathable activewear. Grip socks are required (available at the studio). Bring a water bottle and sweat towel.

We have bathroom and changing facilities, and soon a makeup touch-up area. On-site and street parking available.

We don’t have a crèche just yet — but it’s coming soon!

You must be at least 15 years old to attend solo, or 12+ if accompanied by a parent.

Yes, with medical clearance. Let your instructor know, and we’ll help with modifications.

Yes! Join Reformer Essentials, Stretch, and Pregnancy classes.

You can return 3 weeks after vaginal birth or 6 weeks after a c-section, when you feel ready.

Yes — bookings are essential and done through Momence online or in the app.

Cancel via Momence at least 4 hours before class. We don’t accept phone, text, or social cancellations.

Yes: Late cancellations (inside 4 hrs) = $15 + loss of session; no-shows = $15 + loss of session. You get 1 “life happens” late cancellation per month.

Join the waitlist in Momence. You’ll get a text/email if a spot opens (up to 60 mins before class). Fees still apply.

Yes! We offer three monthly memberships, available via our website or Momence web browser.

Suspend: 30 days’ email notice; medical holds over 7 days need a certificate + 24h notice. Cancel: 30 days’ email notice.

We recommend 3–4 classes/week mixing Reformer classes. Want to level up? Add in Cariopro!
